Jongsub Jung
Co-Founder & ChairA certified public accountant and data transaction specialist with more than 30 years of experience in data and AI strategy, government policy and management consulting. As founder of WesleyQuest, he has led AI analytics and public-sector digital-transformation initiatives. At K-Link Global, he guides data-driven policy simulation, structural analysis and strategic modeling.
Sangmoon “Noah” Ock
Co-Founder & CEOA composer and cultural-industry strategist with more than 20 years of experience in Korea's music and media sectors. His work has spanned production, content strategy, global licensing and industry development, including major projects at CJ Corp and Leeway Music. He leads K-Link Global's corporate strategy and music-industry initiatives.
Taejin “Brian” Um
Co-Founder & COOA U.S.-licensed attorney and policy strategist with experience across music copyright, AI regulation, public procurement, defense and cross-border market entry. He previously advised IFPI in Korea and worked with LIG Nex1 and KOTRA Washington. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Yonsei University, teaching and researching AI policy, compliance and intellectual property.
Minjoo Kang
Co-Founder & CLOA Korean attorney specializing in intellectual property, media and technology regulation. Her work addresses AI, copyright, data and platform governance, as well as compliance and policy design for the content and digital sectors. She leads K-Link Global's legal and regulatory analysis.
