Noah is a composer and cultural-industry strategist, and serves as CEO of K-Link Global. With over 20 years of experience across major cultural and content organizations, he brings deep insight into the structural and policy challenges shaping the K-pop ecosystem.

Taejin “Brian” Um

Co-Founder & COO

Brian is a U.S.-trained attorney and music policy expert specializing in performance rights, copyright, AI regulation, and platform governance. He previously served as an advisor to IFPI and is an adjunct professor focusing on ICT policy, compliance, and intellectual property at Yonsei University.

Jongsub Jung

Co-Founder & Chair

Jongsub is a certified public accountant and data transaction specialist with over 30 years of experience in data and AI strategy, government policy, and management consulting. At K-Link Global, he leads policy simulation, data-driven analysis, and structural modeling based on music and platform consumption data.

Minju Kang

Co-Founder & CLO

Minju is an attorney specializing in intellectual property and regulatory policy. She leads legal analysis and policy design in the areas of AI, copyright, and digital regulation, supporting K-Link Global’s work at the intersection of law, technology, and cultural policy.
